An older man wages a debate with someone...or is it himself?
Puffery, I say, puffery. Such words are nonsense to the realm of hearing. I simply refuse to harken unto anything you might say to me.
Simply, extraordinarily, puffery. That is all there is to it. Without a doubt, that is the most absurd thing I have ever lent my ears to - the poor mistreated sensory organs of mine.
Exacly what were you attempting to achieve by doing this? Instantaneous insanity of the general public? Well, I refuse to consent to the chaos.

Harum...PUFFERY! I simply will not give in.
